it's all true. But how can one resist cookies n cream ice-cream and right after that sinful indulgence; a big cup of dark hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream on top ...and I mean EXTRA whipped cream..that's for me. Meatloft with sunny side up in the morning...and who cares if the guilt comes later when you're so busy enjoying it. I guess most of us are aware of all these evil food fetish. Especially when you're airborned like me most of the time, when all the food are suppose to look appealling and appetizing. And worst of all, it's all free and you can have as many serving as you like. Luckily, all the substitute that you've mentioned has been in mind all these time...green tea and soy milk being my favourite has never fail to be the alternatives. And staying alone does help, coz you tend to find the most easiest way to cook food, which is blanch, boil and steam; at the same time it retains the vitamins as well as the naural taste and sweetness of the food. And you can always opt to bake than deep frying chicken. And if you are craving for some crispy cruchcy bites, you can always coat the chicken in cornflakes before putting it into the oven to bake. All you need to do it some creativity in your cooking and it will do you good. And 'MODERATION in everyhing' is a universal law. And for a sane sport diet, remember moderation and balance are the keys to nutritional success!!!!!
